I am exercising my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (for online/phone orders) or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (for mail order) to cancel/return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.

Please arrange for the item(s) to be collected/returned to your store address as soon as possible. I understand that I am responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and would appreciate it if you could confirm the cost of this.

Please also confirm that you have received this letter and that the cancellation/return process is being initiated.
