WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client(s). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.
2. RESERVATION: Upon signing of this agreement and payment of the non-refundable booking fee, the Photographer will reserve the date and time agreed upon.
3. SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The Photographer will provide coverage for the date, locations and timeframe(s) specified. Additional coverage may be added by mutual agreement at the rate of [£X] per hour.
4. PACKAGE DETAILS: [Specify package details, including number of hours, number of photos, albums, etc.]
5. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
• Non-refundable booking fee of [£X] due upon signing this contract

• Balance of [£X] due no later than [X] days after the wedding
6. CANCELLATION: If Client(s) cancel this agreement more than [X] days before the event date, Client(s) will forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within [X] days of the event date, Client(s) will be responsible for payment of the full outstanding balance of the agreement.
7. RESCHEDULING: In the event that Client(s) reschedule the wedding, Photographer will make all reasonable efforts to transfer the booking to a new date. If Photographer is unavailable for the rescheduled date, Client(s) forfeit the non-refundable booking fee but will not be responsible for the balance of the agreement.
8. CREATIVE LICENSE: The Photographer shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used.
9. COPYRIGHT: The photographs produced by the Photographer are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the Photographer’s explicit written permission.
10. MODEL RELEASE: The Client(s) hereby grant to the Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client(s) or in which the Client(s) may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium.
11. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer. The Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
12. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Digital proofs will be available within [X] weeks of the wedding date. Completed albums will be available within [X] weeks of the Client(s)’s album selections.
13. MEALS: A meal is to be provided for the Photographer if the coverage exceeds five hours.
14. TRAVEL EXPENSES: Travel expenses such as accommodation, transport and sustenance will be charged in addition to rates quoted if travelling outside a [X] mile radius of [Photographer’s Location].
