1. SERVICES: The Caterer agrees to provide food, beverages, staff, and equipment as detailed in the attached menu and services proposal.

2. MENU: The agreed-upon menu is attached to this contract. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties at least 14 days before the event.

3. GUEST COUNT: Final guest count must be provided to the Caterer no later than [X] days before the event. The final bill will be based on this number or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

4. PRICING: The estimated total cost for the catering services is [£X]. This is based on [X] guests at [£X] per person. The final cost may change based on the final guest count and any agreed-upon changes to the menu or services.

5. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
• Non-refundable deposit of [£X] due upon signing this contract
• [£X] due [X] days before the event
• Final balance due within 7 days after the event

6. CANCELLATION: If Client(s) cancel this agreement more than 90 days before the event date, Client(s) will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations within 90 days of the event date, the following fees will apply:
• 60-89 days: 25% of estimated total
• 30-59 days: 50% of estimated total
• 29 days or less: 100% of estimated total

7. VENUE REQUIREMENTS: Client(s) are responsible for ensuring that the venue allows outside catering and that it meets all of Caterer’s requirements for food preparation and service.

8. EQUIPMENT AND RENTALS: Any equipment or rentals required beyond what is provided by the Caterer will be the responsibility of the Client(s).

9. STAFF: The Caterer will provide adequate staff for food preparation, service, and clean-up. Staff will be dressed appropriately for a wedding event.

10. LEFTOVERS: Due to health and safety regulations, the Caterer reserves the right to discard any leftover food items after the contracted service time.

11. ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Client(s) must inform the Caterer of any allergies or special dietary requirements at least 14 days before the event.

12. ALCOHOL SERVICE: If alcohol is to be served, Client(s) are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. The Caterer reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated.

13. LIABILITY: The Caterer shall be liable for any damage caused by its staff or equipment. The Client(s) shall be liable for any loss or damage to the Caterer’s equipment caused by guests.

14. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Caterer and the Client(s). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.
